Motexha 2006 trade show attracts buyers from across the globe Email Print

Participation in Motexha 2006 proved as value for money for textile manufacturers from India and China as it attracted 30% more buyers from Middle East. Textile manufacturers from Turkey form large segment of participants in the annual fair and this year’s participation has proved as morale booster for manufacturers who have long been eyeing the Middle East’s expanding market.

The exhibition attracted 250 companies from virtually across the globe from 32 participating countries, concluded on 6th April 2006 witnessing 30% increased participation from various countries. The exhibition this year focused on competitively priced goods and wares from major exhibitors like Stutgart Fashion, Aurea and Stuttgart Fashion. Many new business tie-ups and trade deals were inked. The showed has proved itself a success by attracting quality visitors looking for trading opportunities. The show attracted participation from Africa, Indian sub continent besides some major countries of Europe.

Buoyed by healthy response, some companies announced their plans to set up permanent office facilities in Dubai to cater for demand of their products. Enquiries for booking for 2007 show have already started coming in. The next show, Motexha 2007, is scheduled to be held from March 19-22, 2007 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
