Asphalt Pavers

We offer self propelled Mechanical drive & Hydrostatic drive wheeled Asphalt Pavers to Road Construction Industry of hot mix paving on highways, streets, parking lots etc.

In mechanical drive asphalt pavers the power to traction wheels, feeding conveyors & augers is transmitted through roller chain & individual gearboxes from diesel engine. The paver is equipped with full floating telescopic screed fitted with LPG burners for heating.

In hydrostatic drive asphalt pavers the power to traction wheels, feeding conveyors & augers is transmitted through imported hydraulic pump & motor. The paver machine is provided with electronic sensor device for slope & grade control. The screed comes with hydraulic tamping attachment & LPG burners for heating.

All the Asphalt Pavers have user friendly operation console and wider vision angle

Asphalt Distributor

We offer Asphalt Distributors / Bitumen Sprayers of 4000 ltrs. to 10,000 ltrs. tank capacities suitable to be mounted on truck chassis and with 1000 ltrs. to 3000 ltrs. tank capacity mounted on four wheeled trolleys with tow bar.

Truck Mounted Bitumen Sprayers are equipped with Diesel Engine prime mover, Positive Displacement type Bitumen Pump, Bitumen Piping with mechanical valves, Air Compressor, Burner, Foldable Spray Bar with Nozzles, Flexible Hand Spray attachment etc.

Trolley Mounted Bitumen Sprayers are equipped with Diesel Engine prime mover, Positive Displacement type Bitumen Pump, Bitumen Piping with mechanical valves, Air Blower, Burner, Hand Spray Bar, 4 nos. Pneumatic tyres and Tow Bar.

Concrete Mixing Plant

We offer fully automatic Stationary & Mobile Concrete Mixing Plants to produce homogenous mixture of aggregates, sand, cement, water, additive etc. for construction of buildings, bridges, roads, canal, dams and other concrete construction projects.

Our Concrete Batching Plants are with Single integrated PLC based touch screen power and control panel with LCD display. The panel is with in built serial printer interface and power full recipe management.

All Concrete Batch Plant are equipped with separate electronic weigh batching system with PLC based controls for aggregates, cement, water and additive.
