Naran is connected to the Lake Saif-ul-malook with a jeep track. It is a one hour jeep track. You can track this on foot as well which will take some 4 to 5 hours. If you are physically fit, I will recommend you to go on foot.
The place is a beauty of its own kind. It is snow covered in winters while in summers it is lush green. You can visit Kunhar River, Kaghan River, Lake Saif-ul-malook and Siree-Paye while you are staying at Kaghan. Carry warm clothes with you. Fruits are found here in abundance. The lake itself has lots of fairy tales attached to its being. Enjoy the cool breeze coming form this lake, where fairies are said to reside in the moonlit nights.
