This villa is not bed and breakfast and you need not share the villa. It can be rented to maximum of ten people in four bedrooms, but you may opt for hiring one room only if you so wish. During Off season, that lasts from April 16 to December 14^th, entire villa of 4 bedrooms can be hired for $5700 per week. During peak period the rentals for this accommodation is $6300. Rentals for single room range from $3600/week (off season) to $ 4300 a week (peak season). A room is good for 2 people, however a sofa bed for $ 200 extra can be hired that can accommodate another two people.
