In the cleanroom working environment , the primary consideraion is to control to a minimum the free particles in the atmosphere and thereby avoid any contamination of products being processed .
In addition, there is a need to dissipate any build-upof static electricity quickly and efficiently, thereby preventing ESD damage, while simultaneously minimizing dust attraction.
Linkworld series fabrics are made of lint-free polyester filament, which provides good static dissipation and supreior air permeaility and partice filtration. This helps prevent contamination and keeps the wearer comfortable.
These fabrics have a conductive yarn that provides low surface resistivity of between 10up ohm/square and 10up7 ohm /square and quick static dissipation for effective control of ESD.
Linkworld series fabrics are lightweight, contributing to wearer comfort and eficiency, while the 0.25mm grid design ensures furability and a long service life.

The anti-static and clothes we produce adopts the technology of mixing comound electro-conductive fiber with specifiec Dacron blending. Itfree the staric by discharging electricity of the corona, suitable is under any condition, and the anti-static function is not affected in low-humidity atmosphere (RH=30±50%)。Besides,with the adoption of advanced processing technic,our products possess the feature of washing resistance and frictional resistance. The anti-static function does not change a bit after being washed 100 times in normal condition.Fricted repeatedly, and after 120 temperature high temperature vapor disposed our products are unreactive to the acid and organic solvent, and other chemical, with permanent anti-static capability of long time use
